Job Purpose

This role is responsible for the growth and relationship management of the Commercial Banking business segment of the Bank within assigned region/ customer portfolio.

Job Specification

Education 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business /related field from an accredited University.   
  • Post graduate degree in business /related field will be an added advantage.  

 

Work Experience 
  • Over 8 years’ experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking, of which 4 years and above should have been at Senior management level with proven performance track record. 
  • Work experience /Knowledge of Islamic Banking products and services will be an added advantage.  
Key Competencies 
  • Business growth.  
  • Relationship Management.  
  • Credit Management. 
  • Excellent analytical skills. 
  • In depth knowledge of Commercial/Corporate Banking products and service offering. 
  • Customer centric.  
  • Leadership and management-ability to lead, coach, mentor and inspire a team of Relationship Managers and Business Analysts towards achievements of set targets. 
  • Computer Literacy.
