Job Purpose
The role is responsible for supporting Bank wide Learning & Development, talent, and performance management initiatives.
Job Specification
Education | - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management or related field from an accredited University.
- CHRPK or Higher Diploma in HR will be an added advantage

Work Experience | - Over 6 years’ experience in Human Resources of which 3 years and above should have been in Learning and Development in a Banking / Financial sector.

Summary of Key Responsibilities | - Training needs analysis – collection and collation and suggest relevant interventions.
- Drafting of Annual Training and Development Plan/Calendar and budgeting.
- Overseeing all administrative and logistic issues relating to Learning and Development.
- Supporting the E-Learning Platform including the development of e-learning content.
- Monitoring the execution of the Annual Training Plan (ATP)
- Periodic reporting on the Learning and Development Programs
- Liaison with Training providers – both internal such as Subject Matter Experts and External providers.
- Supporting the Coaching and Mentorship programs.
- Assessment of the impact of Learning and Development including return on investment.
- Follow up with Line managers to ensure adherence to the calendar and guidelines relating to performance management.
- Participate in the review of performance targets to ensure they are SMART.
- Support Talent management initiatives such as talent pools, HIPO program, succession management, among others.

Key Competencies | - Learning & Development – the entire spectrum / Training Cycle.
- Performance Management- understanding of entire performance management cycle.
- Management and Support of E-Learning platforms such as Percipio or Udemy.
- Hands on experience in the use of Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
- Excellent analytical skills.
