To expand our network to customers, DIB Bank Kenya Limited Partnered with Co-operative Bank Kenya Limited to offer deposit collection services to DIB Bank Kenya Limited Customers.
Customers will only be able to deposit funds to DIB Bank Kenya Limited current and savings accounts via Co-operative Bank Kenya Limited Branch and Agent locations.
How can one deposit money via Coop Bank Branch or ATM;
- Walk into a Coop Branch or Agent location
- Provide your DIB Bank account details and confirm the amount you are looking to deposit
- Once the transaction is done, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm the deposit
- You will also receive an SMS alert updating you on the deposit of funds into your DIB Bank Kenya account (add a tab linking to the FAQ on Coop Deposit Services)
